Planning Commission Approves LGBT Senior Housing Plan

Good news for those who were fighting for our rights before us from The San Francisco Appeal:

San Francisco’s first affordable housing development and activities center created specifically for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender seniors was approved Thursday in a unanimous vote by the San Francisco Planning Commission.

The development at 55 Laguna St. in the Hayes Valley neighborhood will also be the country’s largest development geared towards low-income LGBT seniors.
