National Cathedral Honoring LGBT Youth with Events

From an email send by the National Cathedral:

This fall, to mark the 15th anniversary of Matthew Shepard’s death after a brutal hate crime, Washington National Cathedral will host a weekend of events to honor and remember LGBT youth who have suffered hate-inspired bullying, discrimination and violence. On Friday, October 4, watch the documentary film Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine at the Cathedral. On Sunday, Oct. 6, Judy Shepard and Jane Clementi (mothers of Matt and Tyler) discuss their sons’ legacies with Cathedral Dean Gary Hall.
